Since 2015, iComply, led by CEO Mark Slaugh, has been a driving force in shaping a regulated and equitable cannabis market as a founding member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at the National Cannabis Industry Association. Mark is a first-generation Brazilian immigrant and minority leader in cannabis compliance, policy, and regulations. Recognized with the Governor's Minority Business Awards in 2022, iComply has validated over 300 facilities and partners with various organizations and governments to uphold industry standards. The company's commitment to social equity is evident as the Program Administrator for Denver’s Cannabis Social Equity Program for 2024-2025 and its active involvement and collaboration with National cannabis minority groups. We advocate for fair practices and ensure diverse communities benefit from regulatory changes while helping all cannabis businesses navigate the complexities of compliance.
