His experience in cannabis compliance, policy, regulations, and thought leadership sets iComply apart - ensuring high quality and reputable compliance support across the industry.

Pearl shares the team's passion for cannabis industry and its global impact on humanity. With a background in operations management, event coordination, and production, she brings a detail-oriented approach to the organization's communications, operational, and executive infrastructure. She is a valuable asset to the team and in helping the iComply team grow and develop as cohesively as possible.

John Callahan III

Senior Compliance Analyst

John began his cannabis career as a retail store manager in 2014. After many years, he transitioned into cultivation compliance management, and later developed himself into a compliance specialist. His passion for compliance and regulatory affairs has had him working in all areas of the cannabis industry and we are proud to have him as a Senior Compliance Analyst at iComply.

Sarah Kellerman

Position:
Accounting Director

Sarah has a great love and appreciation for the plant. She started taking on cannabis clients at her practice, Kellermann Consulting, for bookkeeping and accounting in 2010. Sarah is a gardener and has worked directly with cannabis cultivation and distribution alongside Accounting for many dispensaries throughout the WA and CO region.

Larisa Bolivar

Training Development Manager

Larisa Bolivar brings over 20 years of cannabis experience as a passionate advocate for a model cannabis industry with a strong focus on consumer trust. Possessing a Master’s in Public Policy from Regis University in Denver, CO, she has helped shape critical policy issues over the course of her career. Larisa has led cannabis businesses as an owner/operator and via management companies and brings to iComply a unique and broad depth of experience in policy, compliance, marketing, and business development.

Natasha Winkler

Social Media Manager

Natasha began her cannabis career as a professional connoisseur in 2016. Since beginning her authorship on reviewing cannabis strains, she has expanded her freelance services and continues to gain new perspectives on the industry and its consumers. As a content creator, her passion for cannabis goes deeper than writing and sharing knowledge of the plant with the world. She also recognizes the importance of the cannabis industry and its community. Aligning with brands, companies and organizations keeps her content creation mindset active and engaged to continue positioning iComply and its services as leaders in cannabis compliance.

Sami McGregor

Position:
Administrative Assistant


Sami is the newest member of iComply, they are originally from Washington state. They appreciate cannabis and its ability to help so many people, especially folks like themself, who have chronic illnesses and have felt like traditional medicine has let people down. Their other passions include connecting with others and coffee. When Sami is not being a super admin for iComply they can be found bowling, reading, making pottery, and doing puzzles.

Tony Faust

Position:
Head Technical Writer

Tony Faust has been working with the iComply since 2015. He hails from Minneapolis where he majored in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from the University of Minnesota. Tony knows the industry is full of characters and likes working with people who come from a wide range of employment and educational backgrounds. Tony brings a pharmaceutical background in SOP writing to customized SOPs that iComply makes for each of its clients - never relying on "off the shelf" or "template" quality. He is the opposite of intellectual laziness and is constantly pushing against the status quo.
