The Colorado Responsible Vendor Training Program from iComply Cannabis (RV-00016) is a training program designed specifically for individuals who work in cannabis dispensaries in Colorado. It is approved by the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and meets the state’s training requirements for employees who handle or sell cannabis.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including the current status of Colorado’s cannabis laws, the regulations that govern the industry, the different types of cannabis products and their effects, how to properly check identification and prevent sales to minors, and strategies for handling difficult situations with customers.

This course is online and can be completed at the learner’s own pace. It includes videos, and quizzes, to ensure that learners have a solid understanding of the material. Upon successful completion of the program, learners receive a certificate of completion that can be used to demonstrate compliance with Colorado’s training requirements. This course includes 2-5 hours of online training videos, a 100+ page training manual, and documented assessments.
